Director General of the Instituto Nacional de Meteorologia (INAM), Mozambique, Dr. F. Lucio, visited Helsinki in the beginning of
September, when the implementation of the immediate actions of the post-emergency reconstruction programme in the field of
meteorology supported by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland (MFAF) was launched.
